Members of the Delaware Resilient and Sustainable Communities League (RASCL) fulfill RASCL’s mission to promote resilience and sustainability in communities throughout the First State by serving on four committees: Community Planning Assistance, Outreach and Events, Project Guidance Group, and Science Research Liaison.

Each of these committees serves to connect RASCL members with one another and community members who are seeking to make a difference in the resilience and sustainability of their communities.
